Roles and responsibilities through which you will develop daily:

  • working on all types of website user interfaces
  • designing graphical user interface elements
  • creating original graphic and motion designs  
  • identifying visual and content issues and suggesting creative design solutions
  • doing graphic updates of web pages, mobile applications, and visuals for social media
  • planning and implementing new projects and designs
  • developing technical and business requirements and customer-centric solutions
  • prototyping new product ideas

Key requirements include:

  • at least 3+ years of experience in the same or a similar job position
  • demonstrated effectiveness in iterating those skills through conceptual ideas and sketches, information architecture,  storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and data visualization
  • excellent understanding and skill in creating information architecture and customer journeys
  • being well familiar with design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop)
  • excellent knowledge of working with motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects) and full independence in creating animations that clearly convey a brand's message or the flow of a specific application or website
  • understanding the client's requirements, recognizing the key aspects of the project, and enhancing them and the project further with his/her knowledge 
  • the ability to start working on a project quickly and independently and to communicate with the clients seamlessly
  • proactivity and understanding the project's challenges fully, and based on that, offering UI solutions
  • creating animated prototypes in Figma
  • prioritizing the workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • being a team player and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

…and it’s a bonus if you also have experience with:

  • basic frontend prototyping languages such as HTML, CSS, JS
  • being familiar with Apple and Google design languages or any other design system on an advanced level
  • mentoring and sharing knowledge
  • learning quickly and adapting easily to a new environment

The selection process will look like this:

  • Introductory conversation - up to 45 minutes
  • Final interview - up to 45 minutes

The candidate needs to be able to create a unique design that offers end-users a seamless and pleasant experience. It’s essential for the candidate to have an autonomous concept and know how to present it through design.
