Your daily responsibilities will include

  • Supporting existing and new users
  • Receiving and resolving various user queries, requests, and complaints
  • Providing assistance and information to customers on products and services
  • Conducting customer experience follow-up
  • Customer retention activities
  • Basic data analyzing or research tasks
  • Identifying new leads and customer acquisition
  • Offering company products and services
  • Educating prospects about products and services through calls, training, or presentations
  • Manual application testing

You are a perfect fit for this job if you have

  • High school education
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English)
  • Computer literacy and MS Office applications competence
